Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
As the Financial Accountant, you will be responsible for the following:
- Preparing financial statements and management reports.
- Managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger reconciliations.
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
- Handling VAT calculations, submissions, and statutory reporting.
- Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.
- Supporting external audits and liaising with auditors and stakeholders.
- BCom in Accounting or Finance.
- At least 3 years of experience in a financial accounting role.
- Hospitality industry experience (essential).
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting and accounting principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, service-focused environment.
