• Prepare trial balance sheets, perform reconciliations, and ensure all records align.
• Draft financial statements in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Handle external regulatory reporting requirements and submissions.
• Participate in annual external audits, ensuring readiness and compliance.
• Provide detailed analysis of financial data to support decision-making.
• Prepare income tax calculations and ensure timely submission.
• Oversee payroll inputs to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Contribute to ad hoc projects that drive operational improvements and growth.

• CA(SA) is essential!!
• Proficiency in Sage 300 or MS Dynamics is highly advantageous.
• Demonstrated experience in financial accounting, ideally within a multi-entity environment.
• Strong knowledge of tax regulations, financial reporting standards, and audit processes.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a small, collaborative team setting.
