Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare financial reports and keep the books in check
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and cash flow
- Ensure tax and regulatory compliance (VAT, levies, etc.)
- Oversee tenant billing and collections
- Optimize property costs and profitability
- BCom Accounting/Finance
- 35 years in property finance or real estate accounting
- Experience with property management systems
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
