Job Summary A leading company in the agriculture sector is seeking a Financial Accountant to join its dynamic finance team. Specializing in innovative agricultural solutions, the company plays a key role in supporting sustainable farming and agribusiness operations. As the Financial Accountant, you will report directly to the Financial Manager and be responsible for financial reporting, reconciliations, tax compliance, and assisting with budgeting and forecasting. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams to support business decisions and enhance financial processes.Job Experience and Skills Required:
- BCom Accounting / Finance degree (or equivalent)
- 3+ years of experience in a Financial Accountant role
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, tax regulations, and financial reporting
- Proficiency in financial systems and ERP software
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
