Job Description
A leading property management company is looking for a Financial Accountant to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-growing company that is reshaping the property landscape.Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations, journal processing, and variance analysis.
- Assist with year-end audits, liaise with auditors, and ensure adherence to financial regulations.
- Oversee VAT, tax calculations, and regulatory submissions.
- BCom Accounting or Finance.
- 5 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in a financial accounting role within the property industry.
- Advance MDA experience.
- Strong technical accounting knowledge, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
