Sal 60k to 70k per month negotiableSandtonThe role will be responsible for the full financial reporting and control function of the Commodities division of Company .Reporting to the CFOEssential :Minimum 5 - 7 years' experience.Bcom Accounts degree plus experience IN AGRI COMMODITY TRADINGMUST LIVE WITHIN 20KM OF SANDTON AREA.Duties and Responsibilities include;CreditorsFull control of the creditors function including
- Completing of applications forms for new suppliers
- Checking and processing of all supplier invoices (inventory and service invoices) on NAV
- Setting up on payments on Banking system
- Reconciliations as needed
- Processing into the accounting system
- Obtaining FICA documentation for new customers
- Processing of all invoices to customers
- Following up weekly with customers for outstanding's
- Reconciliations
- Processing into the accounting system
- Processing of all cash book entries
- Updating and maintenance of Contracts Register
- Following up with Traders where no contracts and budgets in place
- Following up on signed contracts from customers
- Developing a PnL system per trade
- All SAFEX accounts are processed daily on system
- Margins checked and payments made accordingly
- SAFEX statements printed daily and filed accordingly
- Responsible for all monthly reports and returns that are required.
- Responsible for production of month end management account and year end audit files
