Our client, in the mining industry, is based in eMalahleni, and they are looking for a qualified SAIPA accountant to join their amazing team.Ideal candidate: Qualified SAIPA Accountant - ideally living in the Witbank / Middelburg area / surroundsResponsibilities:

• Monthly management accounts.
• Checking of monthly recons of suppliers.
• Checking of weekly recons of suppliers and credit availability.
• Updating Budget: Creditors, Debit Orders, Cash Payment.
• Assist in account receivables and payables activities.
• Checking customer invoices.
• Checking costings of suppliers.
• Checking and approving of payments.
• Daily update of banks on QuickBooks.
• Checking of balance sheet file for group of companies.
• Compiling of balance sheet file
• Calculating and submitting VAT for group of companies
• Gathering, compiling and submitting documents for SARS audits.
• Submitting EMP201 for all companies.
• Journalise monthly discounts for suppliers after payments are made.
• Completing submitting quarterly State SA reports.
• Internal Financial Statement for group of companies
• Assist in preparing necessary documentations for annual financial audits.
• Provide support and guidance to other departments on financial matters.
• Calculating annual Workman Compensation to be submitted.
