This company specializes in the development and management of retail real estate areas in South Africa. They are looking to collaborate exclusively with top-tier individuals to uphold and enhance their financial standing.
The ideal candidate should have experience preparing financial reports such as cash flow reports, income statements, and balance sheets. They should possess strong reconciliation skills, with expertise in managing the full cashbook and creditors. Additionally, the candidate should be familiar with Key Performance Indicator (KPI) measurements and the preparation of management reports.
Job Experience and Skills Required:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in accounting
- Solid knowledge of MDA/MRI Property Systems
- Clear ITC check and positive references
