This role is ideal for a motivated individual with a strong accounting background, who thrives in dynamic settings.Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in line with regulatory requirements.
- Account Reconciliations: Conduct and review balance sheet reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Support the budgeting process and assist with financial forecasting.
- Audit and Compliance: Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
- Expense Analysis: Monitor expenses and conduct variance analyses to provide insights for cost control.
- Bachelors degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Professional qualification (e.g., SAICA, ACCA, or CIMA) is advantageous
- 3+ years of relevant accounting experience, with strong knowledge of GAAP and IFRS
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
