A global leader in the import and export of various products is currently looking for a skilled Financial Accountant to permanently join their finance team. This role involves managing financial consolidations and reconciliations for international entities to ensure accurate reporting and compliance within a dynamic global trade environment.Duties:
- Prepare and consolidate financial statements for multiple international entities in compliance with relevant accounting standards.
- Perform reconciliations of balance sheet accounts and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely reporting and adherence to deadlines.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
- Support audit processes by providing necessary documentation and addressing inquiries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial alignment and transparency across the organization.
- BCom Accounting required
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar financial accounting role.
- Strong understanding of consolidations, reconciliations, and financial reporting for international entities.
