Oversee daily financial operations, including invoicing and accounts payable/receivable.
Record financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments
Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow
Prepare necessary financial documentation
Liaise with external financial institutions as needed
Create and process purchase orders
SKUs and inventory
Sales orders and quotations
Work with Team Leaders regarding stock control
Supervise and coordinate office activities and operations
Manage office supplies inventory and reorder as necessary
Handle administrative tasks
Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related inquiries and issues
Reception duties
Requirements:
Proven experience in financial management and office administration
Bookkeeping knowledge advantageous
Strong proficiency with Excel and Outlook
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
