Job Description


Job Summary The primary responsibility of this role will be to provide and perform Financial Administration support duties.Duties will include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Annual business license renewals
  • Submission of insurance claims
  • Vehicle Fleet management
  • Company mobile devices
  • Forex transactions processing and calculation of losses and gains
  • Donor projects maintainance
  • Bank management
  • Agreements and Contracts
Education Requirements:
  • Completed Matric (Grade 12)
  • Relevant tertiary qualification preferred
Job Requirements and Skills:
  • 1 to 2 years' experience within a Finance Administration position essential
  • Computer Literate (MS Office)
  • Deadline driven
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player
