Job Description
Synfinex BlueStar, part of the Sanlam MO BlueStar division requires the services of experienced financial advisers in the Johannesburg area. This is a remote work position. Adviser must be able to work from own premises.
BENEFITS
100% share of commission (No commission split). No salary offered.
Monthly bonus equivalent to a maximum of 3 times monthly premiums.
Training allowance of R 25 000 in total paid to the adviser over a 3 month training period, in addition to any commissions earned.
R 16 000 no interest technology loan available on request.
Academic qualification up to CFP level fully subsidized.
Annual bonus available to qualifying advisers.
Digital client interaction and case submission facilitated.
On going training, compliance and admin support provided.
Medical aid, Retirement and group life benefits provided.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
1 year of experience in the long term insurance industry.
RE 5 Certificate for Representatives.
Relevant NQF level 5 qualification.
Drivers license.
Clear credit history.
