• Work with an existing company book of clients to meet and review their portfolios.
• Provide professional financial advice and offerings.
• Prospect and obtain new clients to expand the existing book.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients.

Financial Planning:

• Develop comprehensive financial plans tailored to individual clients.
• Provide advice on investment strategies, retirement planning, estate planning, and tax optimization.
• Assess clientsxe2x80x99 risk tolerance and recommend appropriate risk management strategies.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling financial services.

Professional Services:

• Provide financial products and services in a professional manner, building rapport and confidence in clients.
• Work with various Financial Service Providers (FSPs) and internal departments to resolve concerns or queries.
• Stay informed about market trends and economic developments.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and ethical standards.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.

Networking and Development:

• Network with professionals, attend industry events, and participate in marketing initiatives.
• Stay updated on changes in financial laws and regulations.
• Prepare regular reports for management and clients.

Qualifications and Requirements:Education:

• Minimum Matric with Tertiary Education in a Finance-related field (NQF5: Wealth Management/Bcom) xe2x80x93 Non-Negotiable.
• RE5 Certification xe2x80x93 Non-Negotiable.
• Relevant Class of Business in place.
• Fit and Proper.

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years in a Financial Planning role.
• Experience working with professionals and high-net-worth clients.
• Previous book not a requirement.

Skills:

• Excellent command of Microsoft Excel or related software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain client relationships.

Other:

• Driverxe2x80x99s License and Own Vehicle xe2x80x93 Non-Negotiable.

Compensation:

• Basic salary ranging from R15,000.00 to R20,000.00, depending on experience.
• Lucrative commission structure based on performance.
