Customer Needs Clarification: Consult with various customer representatives to identify their financial needs, engage internal specialists for complex data analysis, and develop specifications that align with customer requirements.
Customer Propositions Selling: Recommend suitable financial products and services based on customer needs, explain product benefits, and facilitate the purchase process at standard terms and conditions.
Customer Onboarding: Guide clients through the advanced features of financial products and services, ensuring alignment with their financial objectives and addressing any concerns.
