Job & Company Description:
Our client, a renowned M&A firm with a large national business footprint, is looking to onboard a financial analyst to join their advisory team.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Evaluate client financial statements, sales, and transactions for buyer presentations
- Financial compliance functions with regards to adjusting financial statements as per M&A market practices
- Development of financial forecasts based on client orders, sales and agreed-upon assumptions
- The preparation of clear financial write-ups and liaising with clients and executives in order to manage expectations
- Project Management functions such as tracking client performance, collaboration with colleagues and frequent reports to management on deal status and potential pitfalls that may arise
- BCom Investment Management and Banking
- In depth understanding of regulatory standards
- CFA or FMVA qualifications are preferred
- Experience within M&A, Financial Analysis or Accounting is required
