Job Description

Seeking a recently qualified Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) to join our leadership team as a Financial Analyst. This is a hands-on, high-impact role supporting the CEO with strategic financial
modelling, payroll processing & oversight, and financial operations across the group.Qualification

• Qualified CA(SA)

Requirements

• Recently qualified CA(SA) with 2 years post Articles experience
• Exposure to payroll and/or commercial finance
• Familiar with accounting systems such as Sage and Power BI
• Occasional local and international travel may be required

Duties

• Build and manage financial models for strategic decision-making
• Conduct scenario planning and investment analysis
• Provide the CEO with actionable insights and reports
• Perform monthly payroll processing and ensure statutory compliance
• Coordinate with line managers and payroll service providers
• Maintain accurate records for salaries, bonuses, and leave provisions
• Assist the Financial Manager with monthly board reports, budgets, and forecasts
• Support group-wide cash flow and working capital analysis
• Prepare financial presentations and reports for internal stakeholders
• Assist acquisition companies with the setup or enhancement of financial systems
• Support finance teams in acquired entities with reporting, processes, and controls
• Help align acquired businesses to company's financial practices and standards
• Travel to acquisition sites when needed for financial integration and support
• Contribute to finance projects, including automation and digital tools
• Assist with refining financial controls and enhancing efficiency across the group
