Our client, a leader in retail and shopper marketing solutions, is seeking a dynamic and strategic Finance Business Partner to join their team.
As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in shaping our financial strategy and driving business growth.Youxe2x80x99ll work closely with senior management, providing valuable insights and recommendations to enhance profitability and efficiency. Your analytical skills and business acumen will help guide key decisions and contribute to our ongoing success.

• Develop and execute financial strategies that align with the company's goals in VAS, short-term insurance, medical aid / insurance, and loans.
• Ensure that financial reporting is timely, accurate, and complies with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage financial risks related to VAS, short-term insurance, medical aid / insurance, and loans.
• Work closely with senior management, department heads, and external stakeholders to ensure financial objectives are aligned with overall business goals.
• Perform financial analysis to support strategic business decisions.
• Report on financial performance and strategy to key stakeholders, including the board of directors and investors

Job Experience & Skills Required:
Qualifications:

• Matric (Grade 12)
• BCom Finance
• BCom Honours
• CA(SA) / CIMA / CPA / CFA

Experience:

• Completed SAICA Articles
• At least 8 years in a financial management role
• 3 Years management accounting experience
• Exposure within the financial services industry is a BIG plus!

• Knowledge of applicable legal and regulatory policies and procedures
• Knowledge of IFRS 15 (insurance standards)
• Financial acumen
