Position: Financial ClerkKey Responsibilities:

• Creditor Management: Handle the complex creditors function, including processing invoices, reconciling statements, and resolving discrepancies. Managing company's largest supplier.
• Payments: Prepare and process payment runs, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Supplier Relations: Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, addressing any issues promptly and professionally.
• Financial Reporting: Assist with month-end closing procedures and prepare reports as required.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the overall efficiency of the finance department.
• Various other exciting financial tasks

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Education: Ideally a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Financial Management, or a related field (e.g., BCom Accounting) or Diploma in Finance / Accounting
• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in creditors , preferably in a fast-paced IT or similar environment.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in financial software and MS Office Suite.
• Personal Attributes: Proactive, problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Other Requirements: Valid driver's license and own vehicle.
