- Strong financial knowledge, including budgeting and variance analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Understanding of IT concepts.

- Oversee the financial management of costs, including monthly variance analysis to budget per cluster.
- Conduct monthly management meetings to discuss cluster performance with the Cluster Head.
- Lead budgeting and forecasting for the cluster.
- Ensure transparency of IT costs and their drivers.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Manage provisions and debtors controls.
- Translate complex financial reports for non-financial/IT technical staff.
- Identify financial trends and implement corrective actions.
- Improve financial processes and enhance control effectiveness.
- Handle month-end journals and support monthly, half-year, and year-end closing.
- Reconcile headcount and debtors on a monthly basis.
- Perform ad hoc tasks as needed.
