Oversee the end-to-end processing of trade receivables, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Manage the financial cycle pertaining to products sold, ensuring proper recording, validation, and payment.
Coordinate with partners on commissions, ensuring accurate calculations and timely disbursements.
Assist in financial analysis and modelling
Contribute to budgeting and forecasting processes
Collaborate with divisions to ensure streamlined and consistent financial processing related to trade receivables.
Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations.
Liaise with the Financial Manager for Operations on strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the trade receivables process.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on trade receivable activities and performance.
Handle queries and concerns related to trade receivables from internal teams and external partners.
Stay updated with industry best practices and introduce process improvements as necessary

On-time completion of performance management activities including regular 1:1s and Bi-annual performance reviews through GPS.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
7+ years of experience in financial control and management (This can be inclusive of articles etc)
Expertise in financial reporting and compliance
Proven track record in managing financial teams
