Job Description
- Follow-up on the implementation of recommendations for serious audit findings with Finance Manager.
- Investigate stock adjustment processed to understanding root cause and recommend best practices.
- Ensure that procedures are adhered to when doing a cycle stock count.
- Assist warehouse with stock control by processing valid and authorized stock adjustments.
- Identify slow and redundant stock.
- Streamline and ensure the data quality.
- Generate ad hoc reports for business areas, top management.
- Provide input and improve the planning processes (Budget/Forecast/Planning Round).
- Develop measures to improve the financial performance and give training financial understanding.
- Assist in any ad hoc projects as assigned by the management.
- Ensure the guidelines & process are optimized to the ability of the management to steer the business.
- Improve and follow-up on the recommendations for serious audit findings from ICS.
- Ensure compliance to all statutory requirements.
- Bachelor of Commerce Finance.
- Grade: 12 Matric Certificate.
- Pro-active, highly motivated and pay attention to detail.
- Must be results and process orientated, be proactive and team orientated.
- Must be a self-starter and be able to work with little supervision.
- Work well under pressure and maintain good customer relations.
- Good communication (oral and written) & interpersonal relations skills.
- Time Management Skills.
- 1-5 Years experience in the similar role.
