Job Description


  • Follow-up on the implementation of recommendations for serious audit findings with Finance Manager.
  • Investigate stock adjustment processed to understanding root cause and recommend best practices.
  • Ensure that procedures are adhered to when doing a cycle stock count.
  • Assist warehouse with stock control by processing valid and authorized stock adjustments.
  • Identify slow and redundant stock.
  • Streamline and ensure the data quality.
  • Generate ad hoc reports for business areas, top management.
  • Provide input and improve the planning processes (Budget/Forecast/Planning Round).
  • Develop measures to improve the financial performance and give training financial understanding.
  • Assist in any ad hoc projects as assigned by the management.
  • Ensure the guidelines & process are optimized to the ability of the management to steer the business.
  • Improve and follow-up on the recommendations for serious audit findings from ICS.
  • Ensure compliance to all statutory requirements.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Commerce Finance.
  • Grade: 12 Matric Certificate.
Skills:
  • Pro-active, highly motivated and pay attention to detail.
  • Must be results and process orientated, be proactive and team orientated.
  • Must be a self-starter and be able to work with little supervision.
  • Work well under pressure and maintain good customer relations.
  • Good communication (oral and written) & interpersonal relations skills.
  • Time Management Skills.
Experience:
  • 1-5 Years experience in the similar role.
