Minimum 3 years Auditing articles experience
CA(SA) is advantageous
1 to 2 years PQE is also advantageous
MS Offices: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Experience in Evolve would be advantageous
Proven experience in dealing with different levels of staff within an organization
Proven experience in dealing with complex accounting topics
Proven experience in analysing financial information
Proven experience in forecasting and budgeting
Must be a problem solver and be able to work independently to obtain the correct information needed for decision making
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office related applications
Must be able to handle engagements with all levels of staff
Deadline driven and must have the ability to work under pressure

Ability to plan and prioritise tasksDuties and Responsibilities:
Review and analyze all financial information.
Identify transaction drivers, dependencies, and spending variances; translate data for senior management.
Monitor key financial indicators daily across all finance teams.
Ensure accurate recording and reporting of financial and stock information.
Review deal sheets for accuracy and provide feedback to improve GP.
Create templates for monthly performance monitoring against budgets and forecasts.
Accurately record accruals, provisions, and cost of sales for month-end reporting.
Analyze and report on month-end balance sheet and income statement performance.
Develop realistic budgets with sales teams and executives; update quarterly.
Identify and implement cost-saving and optimization processes with the financial director.
Involve in day-to-day accounting of all projects, including commercial property, new dealerships, and investments.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accurate day-to-day transaction recording.
Report timely and accurately to the financial director on all operations.
Manage cashflow for special projects with the financial director.
Develop and report on monthly performance for each special project.
Ensure adherence to business controls through spot checks and report shortfalls.
Document process activities for each operation and location.
