Job Summary Job & Company Description:Are you a financial leader with a passion for the property industry? A trailblazer in the property industry is seeking a strategic financial expert to manage their financial operations, enhance their reporting processes, and contribute to our growth and success in the real estate market. As the Financial Controller you will oversee their financial operations and support their strategic growth.Duties (not limited to):
- Financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Prepare and present monthly financial statements and performance reports
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and internal controls
- Analyse financial data to support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency
- Qualified CA(SA) or
- Registered AGA(SA)
- Minimum of 3 yearsxe2x80x99 experience
- Property experience beneficial
