In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing financial statements, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. You will provide strategic financial insights to support decision-making and drive business growth, while also implementing process improvements to increase efficiency.Job Experience & Skills Required:
- BCom
- 5+ years of experience in financial management, preferably within hospitality or related industries
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting standards
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Proficiency in ERP systems and financial tools
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
