A pioneering organization dedicated to advancing healthcare through innovative solutions and technology is currently looking for a Financial Controller to permanently join their finance team. The main focus of this role is to manage financial operations, including the preparation of financial statements and tax compliance, to ensure accuracy and support strategic decision-making within the organization.Duties:
- Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to accounting standards.
- Manage the taxation process, including compliance and reporting, to optimize tax efficiency for the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights that support strategic decision-making.
- Assist in budget preparation and forecasting, monitoring financial performance against targets.
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies
- BCom (Honors) qualification, with completed SAICA articles and at least one board exam passed.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in taxation and financial statement preparation.
