You'll work closely with senior leadership, ensuring financial stability and growth in a fast-paced, ever-evolving sector.If you have a strong background in financial management, property finance expertise, and the ability to navigate complex financial structures, this is your opportunity to step into a role that offers both challenges and rewards.This role reports to the Head of Finance and will assume responsibility for financial management and reporting, preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, conducting variance analysis, providing strategic recommendations to senior management, budgeting and forecasting, performing cash flow management and ensuring efficient capital allocation. Monitor and control expenditures, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Job Experience and Skills Required:
- BCom Degree In Accounting
- CIMA in progress - Strategic level
- 9 years of relevant Property experience
