Are you a finance leader with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for property?Our client is looking for a hands-on, commercially minded Financial Controller to take ownership of the numbers, support decision-making, and help drive success across a diverse real estate portfolio.Duties include (not limited to)
- Manage monthly and year-end reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Oversee financial operations
- Ensure robust financial controls and compliance with regulations
- Provide financial analysis to support investment decisions and project appraisals
- Lead the preparation of statutory accounts and liaise with auditors and tax advisors
- Monitor cash flow and treasury management
- Qualified CA(SA)
- 4+ years post articles experience required within a similar role
- Reporting experience required
- Advanced Excel skills required
