KwaZulu Natal - South AfricaFinancial Controller ManufacturingLocation: Durban, KwaZulu-NatalIndustry: ManufacturingAre you a seasoned Financial Controller with a strong background in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls? A leading manufacturing company is seeking a highly skilled professional to join their finance team and play a key role in driving financial strategy and operational excellence.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide financial analysis and support to management and operational teams
- Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Ensure compliance with IFRS and statutory regulations
- Manage internal controls, risk registers, and audit preparation
- Oversee cash flow management, creditors, and debtors functions
- Administer financial management systems and reporting tools
- Review CAPEX, fixed assets, and tooling reports
- Facilitate year-end statutory audits and tax submissions
- Qualifications: National Diploma or BCom in Accounting/Finance (CA(SA) or CIMA advantageous)
- Experience: Minimum five years experience in a similar role, preferably within manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of financial systems, internal controls, and reporting standards
- Be part of a dynamic, fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Work closely with leadership to shape financial strategy
