Job Description
:The main purpose of this position is to handle the full financial function of a specific building in the portfolio.PROPERTY experience is essential.Responsibility for full financial function for a specific building
- Checking all orders
- Receiving all financial documents
- Capturing all expenses on MDA/MRI as well as the Bank
- Preparing all payments and relevant documents
- Capturing all relevant monthly journals
- Interacting with the client regarding all financial matters
- Checking the clock system against all leave applications
- Assisting staff members with leave forms
- Assisting staff members to organise training
- Submission of all payroll-related matters to Human Resources
- Signing off on monthly payroll
