• BCom and Honours (Finance)
• 5+ years of post-article experience
• 3+ years of management experience
• Advanced Excel
• Excellent communication, consultation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong business acumen and ability to understand organizational needs
• SAP proficiency
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Attention to detail

2. Accountabilities & Responsibility Areas

• Supervision and management of the Groupxe2x80x99s Shared Services teams, including Accounts Receivable, Treasury, Payroll, General Accounting and Cost Control.
• Intercompany Recons
• Assessing the current Shared Services processes and procedures and proposing and implementing ways to streamline them
• Documenting all processes and procedures for the Shared Services functions, together with team leaders
• Procure accurate financial reports to specific deadlines, including, but not limited to external shareholder reporting, monthly management of accounts and weekly cash flows
• Assist with the annual statutory audits, ensuring all Group fieldwork and specific company-audited financials are signed off and filed within specific deadlines
• Coordinate and manage the team's objectives to ensure the Shared Services team meets all within specified deadlines.
• Develop and implement a monitoring system (dashboard) for all Shared Services functions to track the teamxe2x80x99s KPIxe2x80x99s
• Keep abreast of changes in financial regulation and legislation
• Any other tasks assigned by the Head of Finance or Head of Financial Transactions
