Role Purpose:To provide the clerical and/or administrative support to the Costing Pricing Controller such that Africa airline pricing is accurate, correct & maintained.Key Interfaces: (internal, external)Internal: Operations, Production Manager Chefs, Procurement, General Managers at the CSC.External: Suppliers, CustomersDimensions: (staff, financial)No budget responsibilityNo direct employee managementMain Accountabilities:

• Attend menu presentations and confirm and update menu and service costs for customer.
• Prepare pre-presentation menu costs and prices in conjunction with airline documentation & menus.
• Complete post presentation costing and pricing, load scales etc.
• Update required airline documentation, systems e.g. UA Air Vision, QR Qosmos & ESourcing, KL - Promeus
• Compare menu specifications, costing details and airlines documentation to make sure all are in line with each other.
• Compare approved price lists with airline systems.
• Oversee day to day costing and pricing amendments from clients.
• Be involved in tenders and finalize tender ensuring that deadlines are met.
• Liaise with the other Departments about the selection and pricing of raw material products.
• Analyze costing, pricing and man minutes spent in the operation.
• Cost and price charters, functions and any other requests
• Prepare final pricing documentation.
• Other Sales related functions as required
• To track the agreed Price Actions with customers within time frames & get approval on time.

• Food related tertiary qualification (Food Service, Catering Management) or financial related tertiary qualification.
• Advance Excel skills, including formulae.
• Customer service, Supervisory and Analytical skills
• Ability to communicate at all levels.
• Ability to work extended hours and some weekends.
