Financial Director

Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Financial Director to lead the finance function of an organisation while also driving business process improvements.You need:
- a strong financial background
- the ability to develop, implement, and refine systems and processes
- the ability to collaborate with IT developers to brief and spec system enhancements that support operational efficiency.
- to be a strategic thinker
- a hands-on approach to finance and business optimisation
- to be commercially minded making effort to understand the business model
- Staff Management
- Cash Management
- Investments, insurance, budgeting
- Drive the companys financial strategy
- Financial reports
- Cross Functional collaboration wrt system functionalities
- Development of the annual operating and capital budgets, and reporting
- Lead the development and use of best-practice policies, practices, and tools
- Comply with all regulatory requirements
- Responsible for Systems management and implementation
- Responsibility for the complete financial functions across different markets
- TAX and VAT regulation responsibility across different markets
- Compliance reporting and management
- Cross funtional collaboration with HR
- Oversee IT systems (all related to finance)
