Working closely with the executive team, you will oversee all financial aspects of their operations, ensuring financial stability, efficiency, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Your strategic insights and leadership will be instrumental in driving financial growth and optimizing performance across all areas of their business.Duties:

• Develop and implement financial strategies to support long-term goals and objectives
• Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes
• Provide strategic guidance on investment decisions, capital allocation, and risk management
• Oversee financial analysis, performance metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial reporting requirements
• Lead financial audits, reviews, and due diligence processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and cost efficiencies
• Foster a culture of financial accountability, transparency, and integrity throughout the organization

Qualifications & Skills:

• 5 years' experience at a Senior Management level
• 2 years in a strategic role
• Strong financial acumen, analytical skills, and strategic thinking abilities
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• In-depth knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and best practices
• Proficiency in financial modeling, ERP systems, and business intelligence tools
