- Overseeing financial reporting and ensuring compliance with industry standards
- Managing budgets, forecasts, and cash flows
- Leading and mentoring the finance team
- Collaborating with auditors and preparing audit files
- Generating financial reports to support strategic decision-making
- BCom Accounting or equivalent Degree
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a financial management role
- Proven experience in financial management and reporting
- Strong proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership and communication abilities
