Job Description
Fast-growing and well-established ITC company seeks to employ a qualified CA(SA) as Financial Manager to form an integral part of their growing and dynamic team. This position will be based in Cape Town CBD.Job & Company Description:
The successful candidate will oversee financial operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy and play a crucial role in driving end-to-end financial operations of group.Main responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Oversee daily financial operations, including accounting and maintenance of general ledger / trial balance
- Manage payments and cash flow, and review internal reports
- Recommend enhancements and strengthening for accounting systems and internal controls
- Ensure financial records are accurate and compliant
- Work closely with other departments to provide support on financial matters.
- Manage external audits and provide information and support
- Team management
Qualified CA(SA)Job Experience & Skills Required:
- Completed SAICA articles
- 4 to 5 years' post articles experience within a financial management role essential
- Commercial environment exposure essential
- Solid working knowledge of Sage or Pastel
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail
