• Develop and implement financial strategies to support business goals.
• Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
• Oversee financial operations, including accounting, compliance, and audits.
• Analyse financial performance and provide actionable insights to senior management.
• Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve high performance and professional growth.
• Prepare and present monthly management accounts with analysis.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and manage financial risks, including market, credit, and operational risks.

Job Experience & Skills Required:
Qualifications:

• Matric (Grade 12)
• BCom Finance
• BCom Honours
• CA(SA)

Experience:

• Completed SAICA Articles
• 5 Years post-articles experience
• 3 xe2x80x93 5 Years as a Financial Manager
• Must have retail or logistics industry exposure
• SYSPRO and PowerBI experience is advantageous

Skills & Competencies:

• Quick learner
• Good interpersonal skills
• Deep understanding of financial principles
• Experience with accounting software and ERP systems
• Proven track record of managing and developing a finance team
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
