Be the go-to person for employee onboarding and payroll record updates
Provide timely and accurate answers to payroll-related questions
Own the payroll processxe2x80x94ensuring timely and precise payroll processing, reporting, and reconciliations
Stay on top of all statutory payroll submissions (PAYE, UIF, SDL)xe2x80x94youxe2x80x99ll be the one making sure everything is on time and error-free!
Process monthly SARS payments on E-filing and prepare EMP201 submissions
Handle the year-end reconciliations and submissions of EMP501, distributing IRP5s like a pro!
Assist in global payroll managementFinance
Take charge of VAT reconciliations and submissions to SARS
Manage statutory requirements for South African entities, including CIPC submissions and compensation commissioner returns
Support month-end processes: think general ledger reconciliations, inter-company charges, and consolidated management accounts
Prepare insightful financial reports, complete with commentary and analysis, for the Senior Finance Manager
Help shape budgets and identify variances with clear, actionable insights
Dive into project finances using our project management softwarexe2x80x94your analysis will drive decisions
Perform essential bookkeeping tasks like bank account reconciliations and overseeing accounts payable and receivableSkills & Experience:
Minimum 10+ years of experience in a senior finance role with strong payroll management skills
In-depth knowledge of payroll principles, processes, and procedures
A rock-solid understanding of local tax laws and payroll practices
Excellent grasp of bookkeeping and accounting standards
Youxe2x80x99re a Microsoft Office pro (Excel, PowerPoint, Wordxe2x80x94you know them all!)
