Our client, a leading manufacturing company in the agriculture sector, is looking for a strategic and results-driven Financial Manager to join their leadership team. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to business growth in a fast-paced and evolving environment. The ideal candidate will play a key role in financial strategy, business development, and operational excellenceStrategic & Business Development
Act as a trusted financial advisor to the MD, providing insights to support financial planning, budgeting, and operational decision-making
Conduct financial analysis and due diligence to support business expansion, particularly across Africa
Financial Management & Compliance
Oversee the preparation, review, and finalization of monthly and annual financial reports and performance metrics
Ensure all statutory accounts and compliance obligations are met in a timely manner
Take ownership of General Ledger and Financial Statements, including Balance Sheets, Income Statements, Fixed Assets, and Intercompany ReconciliationsSkills & Experience:
Passion for the agriculture industry
Strong business acumen with the ability to drive financial strategy
Proven experience managing the full finance function.
SAP experience is advantageousQualification:
