- Oversee comprehensive financial and administrative functions, including debtors, creditors, stock, fixed assets, cash book, general ledger, financing, and financial accounts.
- Perform monthly reconciliations.
- Monitor business performance and operations.
- Maintain and implement internal control systems.
- Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
- Assemble audit packs for assurance purposes.
- Develop budgets.
- Manage monthly payroll.
- Generate cash flow projections and daily cash flow reports.
- Participate in strategic planning.
- Control stock.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and governance standards.
- Keep company secretarial work up to date.
- Handle all tax-related functions, including IT, VAT, and PAYE.
- Serve as a Cost Accountant for the manufacturing department.
- Oversee production and manage the bill of materials.
- Completed Matric.
- Completed BCom in Accounting and related field.
- 5+ yearsxe2x80x99 experience in a similar role in finance.
- Managerial Role experience is an advantage.
