Are you a dynamic and passionate individual who will ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and excellent store performance?Then we are looking for a Financial Manager who would like you to join our team!!KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop financial and tax strategies in consultation with external auditors
Manage the capital request and budgeting processes
Develop performance measures that support the company's strategic direction
Participate in key decisions as a member of the executive management team
Maintain in-depth relations with all members of the management team
Manage the accounting departments
Manage any third parties to which functions have been outsourced
Oversee the company's transaction processing systems
Supervise acquisition due diligence and negotiate acquisitions
Ensure records systems are maintained in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards
Report on financial results
Analyse cash flow, cost controls and expenses to guide business leaders
Understand and mitigate key elements of the company's risk profile
Maintain appropriate insurance coverage
Monitor cash balances and cash forecasts
Arrange for debt and equity financing
Maintain banking relationshipsKEY SKILLSQualified CA with minimum of 5 years experience
Knowledge of SAGE 300
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Effective management skill
Interpersonal communication skill
Knowledge of financial regulations
Ability to analyse financial data and prepare financial reports
Ability to motivate teams to produce quality materials within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects
