Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Financial Manager to oversee our company's financial operations, planning, and performance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing financial strategies, analyzing performance, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations, while supporting decision-making processes across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Analysis:

Develop financial forecasts, budgets, and models to support business planning and strategic initiatives.

Reporting & Compliance:

Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

Cost Management:

Analyze costs, pricing, and profitability to recommend areas for improvement and cost-saving strategies.

Cash Flow Management:

Monitor and manage the company's cash flow, ensuring liquidity and operational efficiency.

Team Leadership:

Supervise and mentor finance team members. Coordinate activities related to accounting, budgeting, and auditing.

Risk Management:

Assess and manage financial risks. Maintain appropriate insurance coverage and contingency planning.

Stakeholder Communication:

Present financial insights and recommendations to senior management, board members, and external stakeholders.

Systems & Tools:

Optimize financial systems and tools for reporting, data accuracy, and process efficiency.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master's or MBA preferred) Professional certifications are a plus 5+ years of experience in financial management or a similar role Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and best practices Proficient in financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Excel Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
