A butchery retail store is seeking for a Financial Manager to join their team.Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12/Matric
• Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting
• +5 years of financial experience in an accounting environment
• +3 years of financial management experience

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare full accounting reports
• Oversee day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable
• Provide monthly expense and cost analysis for management review.
• Reconciliation of purchases invoices and statements.
• Provide daily sales figures for management review
• Prepare, monitor, and control budget analysis and forecasting.
• Complete year-end financial statements and work with auditors during the annual audit.
• Maintain fixed asset register
• Manage

activities, reconcile cash books, and process bank transactions. * Handle VAT reconciliation, including completion of returns and e-filing submissions.

• Manage monthly payroll and related administrative tasks.
• Handle PAYE, SDL, UIF returns, and process IRP5 and IRP3 returns yearly.
• Ensuring

policies and procedures are complied with & input to maintain and update finance policies * Identifying financial risks and developing strategies to mitigate them, including managing insurance, credit, and market risks.Similar jobs you might be interested in:Location: East London
