Area: Between The Hills in Pretoria East and the East RandRequirements:

Responsibilities:

Oversee the companyxe2x80x99s financial management and internal controls
Provide financial analysis and guidance on all activities, plans and business drivers
Ensure that the companyxe2x80x99s financial systems are robust, compliant and support the current activities and future growth
Develop and control the companyxe2x80x99s annual operating budget to ensure that all financial targets are met
Prepare the monthly management accounts
Present the management accounts and annual financial statements to the board of directors
Direct and control the financial management team
Oversee the preparation of the companyxe2x80x99s annual financial statements
Develop and maintain all necessary systems, policies and procedures to ensure an effective and efficient financial management system
Develop financial and tax strategies
Participate in key decisions as a member of the executive management team
Oversee the companyxe2x80x99s transaction processing systems
Oversee the external audit with the companyxe2x80x99s auditors
