The business is a subsidiary of a distribution group of companies with nearly 2 decades in operation.
They are looking for an experienced financial manager to head up the strategic direction of their newly formed trucking business unit.The main key duties of the successful incumbent will be to provide financial reports, analysis and courses of action to support management decisions.Job Experience & Skills Required:
- BCom Non neg!
- 5 years experience in a similar role in a logistics/warehousing/supply chain environment of which at least 3 years must be in a trucking environment
- Must have staff management experience
- Knowledge on SAP or similar ERP system
- Daily reporting
- Budget and forecasting
- Variance analysis
- Staff management
