- Collaborate with financial directors across divisions to analyze financial trends and present insights that drive actionable strategies.
- Develop advanced discounted cash flow models to support key business decisions.
- Implement dynamic reporting dashboards to effectively track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Streamline financial processes and strengthen internal controls to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to relevant policies, procedures, and accounting standards.
- Oversee the management of the finance performance team, fostering skill development and growth.
- Contribute to the development of organistional strategy and decision-making processes.
- Manage accounting and taxation functions, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, to support effective management decision-making.
- BCom Accounting or equivalent
- Qualified CA (SA)
- 6 years post-articles experience
