SUMMARY:
-POSITION INFO:Our client is looking for a FM with experience in for a prestigious golf club.Responsibilities of the ManagerDuties and Responsibilities:
- Overall financial management through the execution of the financial operating plan
- Develops and monitors standard operating processes/procedures, internal controls, and
Directs operations to meet financial and operational targets,
- Serves as the management liaison to the Board of Directors and audit committee by effectively
other key members of senior management on , budgeting, cash flow,
investment priorities, and policy matters,
- Manages the income statements, balance sheets, budgets, and reserves. Ensures compliance
- Prepares management reports for the Board of Directors
- Facilitates internal and external audits,
- Asset management,
- Regularly reviews Financial Risk Management Reports focusing on Association impact/
- Works closely with IT Manager to ensure the latest technological advances are implemented to
- Formal accounting qualification
- Professional accounting body registration
- Experience with IT contingency planning and business continuity, business systems, and
- 5 - 7 years' of financial management experience
- Must be comfortable with public speaking
