Based in Johannesburg, they are seeking an experienced Financial Manager to oversee all financial aspects, processes, procedures, and compliance related to Property Division transactions, CAPEX projects, and operational budgets.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement policies and procedures, manage project payment packs, analyze and identify areas for potential improvement, oversee monthly cash flow forecasting and payments, ensure proper financial management of projects within the SAP Projects System, manage the operational budget, and oversee tenders, among other financial tasks within the division.

To be successful in your application, you must possess a relevant BCom finance degree, along with a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a property-related position, including at least 3 years in a managerial role. Experience with property development and construction projects is an absolute must! Proficiency in Excel, coupled with strong SAP PS and PPM experience, will set you apart from the competition.
