A leading food manufacturing company dedicated to providing high-quality products to consumers worldwide is looking for a Financial Manager!Job & Company Description:As a Financial Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing the financial operations of their food manufacturing company. You will be responsible for overseeing financial planning, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting functions to ensure the company's financial health and sustainability. Additionally, you will collaborate with various departments to develop and implement strategies for cost reduction, revenue enhancement, and operational efficiency.Job Experience & Skills Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting
- Proven experience 8 in financial management, preferably within the food manufacturing industry
- Strong knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations
- Proficiency in financial modeling, analysis, and reporting tools/software
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making and long-term planning
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
- Monitor and manage cash flow, liquidity, and financial risk to optimize working capital and financial performance
