The leading independent property company offering comprehensive management and financial solutions for residential and commercial properties in the local markets, is seeking a seasoned financial manager to join their team.The ideal candidate is an experienced financial professional who leads and supervises finance teams, ensuring accurate accounting records and compliance with standards. They manage municipal accounts, prepare management reports, analyse financial data, and coordinate timely payments. Acting as a value-adding business partner, they influence decision-making and oversee the Client Portfolio Financial Department. They develop reporting systems, liaise with trustees and directors on complex matters, ensure statutory compliance, and manage the financial portfolio of complexes. Additionally, they are accountable for internal audit scores, address gaps, and manage deadlines efficiently.Job Experience and Skills Required:
- Bachelors degree in accounting or related field
- Minimum of 5 years property experience
- Minimum of 3 years managerial experience
- MDA software
